that is good! and the thirsty part... I think I'll keep that in mind. HALTT. Do not let myself get Too Hungry, Angry, Lonely, Tired or Thirsty and I will prevent both alcohol & food binges!
I'm trying to cut out the alcohol, because I never workout when I drink and it makes me feel bloated and is way too many empty calories! But when the weekend rolls around and I hang out with my friends I always give in. And then my workouts are thrown off and I go back to my slacker self. So this is really good, it will help me in both aspects.
