For chocolate peanut butter add 2 to 4 tablespoons cocoa powder and add additional splenda to sweeten cocoa powder.

These were wonderful! Thanks for sharing!
I made a batch at the end of last week- added 2 T cocoa- wow!!!
They also keep very well- I forgot to store them covered, and they were still moist after 4 or 5 days! (Though that may be b/c I undercooked them a bit)

As for this cookie, how many can a person have? How many cookies should one batch make?

I tried these with a little cocoa powder, but they didn't work out too well... I couldn't get over the fact that they had cheese in them, I guess.

I also use the cocoa powder and agave to sweeten them, they really taste good and gives me a cookie fix when I need it!

I'm guessing you could only have about 1 or 2 small cookies?? This is what I would think. Not sure though.

I don't often post just come in here and get what I need and leave...but I had to say that these were soo dang gone good I ate the whole freaking batch....yeah yeah I know that was so bad but they were soooooo goood....really hit the spot..I did however change the recipe slightly...I used agave sweetener and the splenda..1/2 cup spenda and 4 tsp of the agave also added a little cinnamon and used 1/2 cup of natural peanut butter and 1/4 cup almond butter.....so delicious!!!! oh my, these totally saved me this week! I added the 2 tbsp of cocoa powder and still reduced the splenda (not a huge splenda fan) and made 12 cookies..they were just what i needed for a quick bite in the a.m. with my coffee or an afternoon bite with my coffee...soo good and satisfying!! Thank you!! These helped me to stay on plan this week!!

I made these for a party and they came out as balls? They didn't flatten like cookies usually do.. Did I do something wrong?!

OMG! These are wicked good! I used whey low sugar substitute. My 12yr old daughted thought they were good too. I ate 3 of the 12, these are dangerous to have in the house!

EmmaRochelle, I used a fork dipped in splenda to flatten these like regular P.butter cookies.
