Default Yummy for the tummy!

I just had my all-time favorite lunch.

Onion flavored pita 160 cal
Hummus 80 cal
deli ham 35 cal
deli turkey 30 cal
bib lettuce 2 cal
Juicy plum 35 cal
naval orange 75 cal
diet Hanes soda root beer 0 cal

Delicious and nutritious and just a little over 400 calories total. I fix this in one variation or another at least 3-4 times a week. What is your favorite quick and healthy lunch? What is the calorie/nutrition count?

Interesting - I just made a homemade hummus today, and plan to pair it with turkey for sandwiches. Using hummus as a sandwich spread is a new idea for me! Yummy.
