  • I lost 4.5 lbs this week by using my foodmover!
I like eating this way, healthy foods and plenty of veggies.
I have some of RS old sweatin to the oldies for VCR, need to replace them with DVDs so I can start doing them.
RS is still around, he was on TV just a few weeks ago, also on QVS last week.
Can't seem to change my tracker
  • Quote: I've started following this.....it's a very balance plan--even with allowances for treats on occasion! I've lost 5 lbs in 4 days...
hi there! i am buying richardds latest foodmover and i hear its better than it ever was. i am disabled with a hip to be replaced and the dr suggested this type of plan and thought the portion control very strictly would be the best for me at this time.i exercise with his videos from a chair and they have always been fun since i like the music he uses. let me know if you like his plan. its always been a very good one.
  • Good morning! I am starting Richards Foodmover program this week. I did it years ago and lost 50 pounds. I have kept it off, but turned to other weight loss programs. I now have come back to his Foodmover program because it does such a great job of keeping you accountable with eating all the healthy food groups Looking forward to getting to know you all. Jenny
