Ok goal 1 eat breakfast ... sounds funny but is hard as can be ... goal 2 exersize everyday. and goal 3 eat more veggies and fruit i think i can do this it is simple ... then in 2 weeks i will add 3 more ... small steps

That is a great plan. I think maybe something else that might help is keeping a daily log of what you eat. That really helped me stay focused.

I'm with you on the breakfast thing. I was never a breakfast person even when I was a kid. The smell of food in the morning just turned me away most days. I was very rarely hungry in the morning. I'm finding that as I exercise on a regular basis, I'm waking up hungry more often and then eating is no problem.

I too skip breakfast a lot in the past. I have also added this to my daily menu and I must say that I do feel better when I eat. Good Luck with your weight loss!

That's great! I can't function properly without eating something for breakfast. I always start my day off with some yogurt and a cup of cereal(with skim milk, yummy!) Goals are wonderful to have. I've designated Sunday my 'Goal Day' when I just sit down with my calendar and plan my routine for the week. It's starting to help me stay motivated.
