Default Fall into Oxycise #37

Okay, I'm the self appointed Oxycise cheerleader. At one time Rose & I had quite an active thread here, and several Oxycisers. But they all seem to have disappeared.

If anyone does Oxycise, please join us in this thread. We nee the company and the encouragement!

Hi Barbg!
Great idea for a new thread! I'm on the O! train right with ya. I hope others will join us. It really is a great way to feel better. I hope everything is going okay for you. Should we set up a challenge and maybe something like do O! once a day for 21 days or something like that? I heard if you do something for 21 days in a row it becomes a habit. That's one habit I can afford to do! Okay I need to do my L2. Be back tomorrow.

Rose A Challenge sounds good to me. How about planning it for the start of October?

Things are going very well for me and for Alvin too. He' now lost about 160 pounds, and feeling better than he has in years.

I'm new to the forum and have never heard of Oxycise. What is it? This may be something to try.

Thanks!

Hi Kira,
Welcome to the boards! Oxycise is basically a deep breathing exercise coupled with isometric/tonic positions. If you want to learn more details you can go to this website www.oxyciseplus.com and it will be explained better there then I can do here. I've been doing Oxycise on and off for almost 5 years now and it's really a great form of exercise. I hope you give it a try and start posting here.

Barbg-October sounds good for a challenge Barb. Let's aim for that. I'll get myself psyched up for it. I'm glad you're doing well. Take care.

I've been doing great with my O! commuter tape. I'm so glad I have it. Take care and post when you can.
