Default being a motivation

My friend who I started dieting with last year before falling off the wagon said that she had lost 50 lbs rather quickly and then when I, and a few others, stopped tracking (we were all friends on the daily plate and irl) that she gained 8 lbs back.

Then i came back.

and she is losing again, and I brought others with me too.

She told me that it's less about herkeeping on me for my sake as it is for me to keep on others, and that being a motivation is more important than having an inspiration basically.

I never thought of it this way. Just thought I'd share the sentiment.

Yeah, I'd agree that being inspirational to others is even better than being inspired by others. Hopefully you can all inspire each other!
