Default Foods that help you lose?

I had heard it but was not sure if it was true. Are there foods that help a person lose weight? Obviously ont the same foods for every person. But certin ones for a certin person? I have personally noticed that apples and scrambled eggs, no idea why either one, but seem to help. It could just be in my head.

The more fresh, unproccessed food I eat the easier I lose.

Yep, whole unprocessed foods. Fruits, veggies, and lean proteins.

if I eat only ice cubes......

seriously, what I'm doing now works for me: lean protein, fresh veggies in moderation, low fat and lots of exercise.

Echo, echo, echo - whole foods. Tons of fiber filled veggies and low fat proteins - chicken and turkey breast, tuna and other fish, tons of fiber filled veggies (oops, I said that already - I just eat THAT many of them), fruits.

IMO - they are weight loss/health powerhouses.
