Hello and welcome! I also use fitday and find it very useful. I don't know how much you weigh, but you should consider that when deciding on your calorie limit. Make sure you pick a limit that you can live with. I decided that I would limit myself to 1500 calories per day. but it was very difficult to do and I felt like a failure when I couldn't stay under that number. I raised my llimit to 1800 and lose about 1.5 to 2 lbs per week. 1800 calories works for me.
