One of our patients brought us a COCONUT CHESS PIE!!! I absolutely LOVE chess pie and as hard as it was.....I overcame and didn't give in to temptation. Even with everybody else around the office "mmm-ing" and "ooh-ing"...I overcame.

Congratulations! Doesn't that kind of thing feel great? I had a similar situation happen to me when I went out with my friends one time. They wanted to eat out and I didn't really wanna, but I still wanted to shop with em. So while they ate their yummy burgers and fries, I just sat and drank water haha. I never thought I could do something like that, but I guess my will power was pretty strong then. And I felt great after too.

Anyway, grats! I'm sure you definitely wont miss those 300-400 calories!

I had to google chess pie......and now that I know what it is!!!!! WTG!!! I would have trouble with that one too! Awesome job!!

It's still sitting back there on the break room table and I have to look at it (and smell it) everytime I go to the restroom....but I also have to look at the SCALES everytime I go through there!!!! Alot easier to say no then!!!
