Well, I guess I am going to try this one more time. I haven't posted in 3chicks for (yikes) years. I will be 47 in March and have to get a handle on this weight loss. So, I am happy to be back and hope and pray that this time will be the final time for me to lose weight. I am 3 weeks into my weightloss and lifestyle change, so far, so good.

Just popping in to say hello. check out my blog to see how I plan to go about this. I also found this great place to find recipes to cook. Just explore the site to find all sorts of recipe ideas. Some are low fat, high fiber, glutton free, (can't remember all them) click on dietary needs and go from there.

Thanks for the welcome ladies. I really am excited to be back. Looking forward to finally getting rid of this weight once and for all. But the biggest thing is changing all my bad habits and replacing them with healthier choices.
