Question What Diet are you on?

I'm a Newbie. I have 141 more pounds to lose. I'm not sure if we are allowed to discuss the type diet we are own, so please ignore this post if it isn't allowed. Is everyone on the forum on the same diet or individual diets? I am currently on Nutrisystem, but am thinking of changing to another one. (due to cost) I lose best on Low Carb diets, but hate to just eat meat. I probably have been on every diet except SugarBusters, or South Beach. Any suggestions? Or care to share your success?

Wink Week 1

I have been on lots of different "diets", but I am starting a new approach. It is a eating program based on putting God first. I am excited - it is easy - no counting calories or weighing food. So far it is working for me, but each person is different. We each have to find what works best for each of us individually, but I have always thought that it is a mind game - you have to have the desire, motivation and self-control in order to succeed. Good luck with whatever you choose.
