Default Fresh Start Day Today--anyone care to join me?
Okay, so I was losing really well and then got a flu/cold/sore throat thing. I don't get sick very often so it hit me full on and as a result I ALLOWED myself to go off plan....first just to eat some healthy stuff (that was half way on plan) and then to eat some not healthy stuff (that was no way on plan and stupid)...well, many of you know the story, right?

Right...so today is my Fresh Start Day---no pile on the guilt but no excuses either...just start fresh and straight on until morning!!

I got up today, did my exercises, and I've got good on plan meals ready for today. Cravings will hit because I've given in, but not today, today I am going to make the effort 200%---it is my fresh start and I'm going to run with it....

So anyone else need this just feel free to join me!!

I'm with you.. I started out with a healthy breakfast of toast with natural peanut butter... I packed an orange for a snack at the office and a salad for lunch. Dinner is going to be chicken quesadillas.

And exercise... my downfall... I will exercise tonight.

Today is my fresh start day as well. I've been sick the last week and still sick but really trying to get back on track. I had a good morning so far. I had a little bit of scramble eggs and an apple.

I've been so sore though, my whole body is aching but I'm thinking maybe I've not been exercising enough the last 8 days because I've been sick so maybe that is why. So I"m going to make sure I walk more this week.

Well, my fresh start day is just about over and I had a good eating day today so I am glad about that, I hope the scale says so tomorrow too!

Now I just need to keep going and make each day fresh!!

It thrills me to say this but...NO THANKS!

I don't need a fresh start because I have acually STUCK with this for 28 days now! I have not been perfect by any stretch of the imagination, but in the past I have given up by now!

I am proud of me!!
