Has anyone noticed how many TOM posts there have been in the last 7days? I know women can sync up if they spend a lot of time together, but over the internet??..lol

I too noticed; I thought it was weird that so many on our team had a visit from TOM last week; including myself.

I asked this over there but no one answered so I'll ask here: am I the only one that has a mini woosh when TOM comes? Most report that their weight goes up.

As long as I get my water in maybe 2-3 more per day I dont go up. Keep the sodium down and I will get a regular loss of 1-2 lb.

You can add me to the list. I wouldn't dare get on the scale right now, lol, I feel at least 10lbs heavier.
