I would say yes, how many varies on how high you got your heart rate.
My face always gets red when I exercise - I've started running lately so I'm out in public again with the exercise (all my equipment is at home, so I've been the only one to see my red sweaty face for a while) and I can already see the other people giving me funny looks. Like they expect me to drop over dead in front of them or something!
