Not to pick nits, but ... well, OK, let's pick nits.
Sodium phosphate is an emulsifier; it keeps oils from separating. Not a preservative. Ditto cornstarch.
Salt dextrose is a sweetener.
Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate is a leavening agent. So is Monocalcium Phosphate.
Citric acid is a preservative; it's a naturally occurring acid in citrus fruits and juices.
BHT is a flat-out chemical preservative, and I'm surprised it's in there. That's the only one that strikes me as a direct contradiction to their marketing statement about using no preservatives. Hm.
