I have to suggest this video to all.Its only 10 bucks at Walmart, online but works AMAZING! It had 5 different work outs on it. I only do the abs one. Its amazing the little movements you do, and how much you burn

I love 10 Minute Solutions but I don't have this one. Might have to give it a try!

I have the 10 minute solutions Rapid Results Pilates, is this the one you are talking about? I've had this none over a year and don't think that I've ever even watched it, may have try it out.
