Made it thru the last party without a binge. It was a supper party, so I chose carefully, and enjoyed what I ate, including dessert. (a very small portion of a rich chocolate truffle cake. )
Then I went out of the eating area and stayed in the living room by the fire with my mineral water and relaxed. As soon as I was out of sight of the food, I was fine. Wasn't sure before that, but going into another room saved me.
Last binge was boxing day. wow, doing ok.
Congrats at the end of the week everyone.
Congratulations to everyone that made it , sadly I didn't and yesterday was a night of bingeing for me .
Today is another day and the beginning of another week, so lets start with the right attitude and let this day be the first of many binge free ones.

Just discovered this website and these forums. I'm late to the challenge but am ready to sign up -- the holidays have been a rough stretch and this is a good opportunity to breathe deep and re-focus on being -- and eating -- healthy both emotionally and physically.
