Default Has anyone tried Dr.Seigel's cookie Diet?

Hey, has anyone tried Dr. Seigel's Cookie Diet? I've heard a lot about it in the news. I know it's not a long term commitment but I'm wondering if doing something like this for a few weeks will help give me the boost I need to lose the holiday weight. I guess there's some special amino and protein blend to really help with appetite control.

The first time I heard of this diet was reading the this week's issue of People's magazine. One of the articles showed different people who lost some weight and one of them used Dr. Seigel's cookie diet. That was the only time I've heard of this diet so I don't know much about it. Sorry!

I don't know if this is the same 'cookie diet' or not, but as I was reading your post I thought about the above thread. I also remembered that when I first started using the site I had no idea how to search for old threads and liked it when people linked them into replies for me. I'm still not great at the searches, but I'm getting better!

Shannon's link looks like it has some good info for you.

I haven't tried the Dr. Seigel's Cookie Diet, but I did try the Hollywood Cookie Diet...didn't last long, they tasted terrible! If you are a Costco member, you might want to look into "Smart For Life", which is also a type of cookie diet. I have not personally tried it, but Costco has a special right now, 42 day supply for $200, which is $80 off their regular price.

Hello. I have also been thinking about trying this diet. I have looked into both the smart 4 life and Dr. Siegal's plans and I still haven't decided on which one I am going to go with. Let us know how you are doing...
