I guess I'm not really what you would call a binge eater...but I admit, I do overeat, mostly when I'm upset or pissed off.
I've only been on my diet for a few days, and already I'm starting to feel guilty. For instance, I almost feel like I'm sabotaging my diet for allowing myself a few small pieces of chocolate a day (and when I say small, I mean like, miniature Hershey bar small). And then, later on today, I got frustrated when I was left behind on a meal date with my family, so what did I do? I went out and bought a bunch of crap from Wendy's.
Granted, I did get a side caeser salad...but that was along with an order of nuggets, small fry, double stack cheeseburger, and a small drink. I felt a little better when I made myself stop eating when i felt full, which means that I left behind a majority of the fries and nuggets. But still...
Just thought I'd share.
