Default Anyone doing Think and Lose?

I've been listening to the Think and Lose tapes since Nov. 11th and think the program is just wonderful. Just looking for someone else who is having success with them also, or maybe just wants to talk about it. I haven't had a diet coke since then or chocolate or chips. It really amazes me.

I've actually been interested in trying a weight loss approach like this but don't know anyone who has and wasn't sure what would work. So this is working for you? How much weight have you lost since starting it? Do you find it to be worth the money?

It's definitely working, but I don't know how much weight I've lost because I won't step on the scale. Using a scale has sabotaged me in the past - mind games - so I don't plan on stepping on it till I've lost a considerable amount. I know I am losing though because I'm fitting into clothes that had gotten way too tight and uncomfortable. I've tried so many diets in the last 25 years, wasted so much money, all to have it all come back plus more. This plan seems to fix it in my head where the problem is. I'm very happy with it and know this is the one I've been looking for to change the power of food in my life. Money wise it's not bad at all, I've spent alot more on stupid diet pills. There are numerous cd's one could purchase for different things, but I'm only using the original Think and Lose cd's, and loaded them onto my own mp3 player. The website has some remarkable success stories if you'd want to check them out and it would be able to answer more of your questions I'm sure. Good luck and let me know if I can be of more help.
