I have already lost about 12 lbs so far. I was 162 and am now 150. I am constantly having trouble continuing the loss of weight. I need to get down to about 125 to feel back to my old self from years ago.
But I am confused about calories being moderately active most of the time, but during the Winter time I am more sedentary. Should I eat the same calories of about 1200 even on the days that are way to cold to walk around and do errands etc. or just eat much less because I am not really burning too many calories at this time?
What do you think?
