Well, I feel the need to post my "beginning" pictures now. I think that by posting these pictures, it will help to motivate me to make the changes I want with my body. Every time I take pictures and notice a change, I'm going to update this thread, so I don't have to annoyingly make new threads

Week one (Nov.17)- 314
Week two (Nov.24)- 312
Week three (Dec. 1)- 310
Week four (Dec. 8)- 307
Week five (Dec. 15)- 304.
Week six (Dec. 22)- 301
Dec. 17 - I got my elliptical on Monday Dec. 15. I was so excited! I have used it every day for 15 minutes since getting it, and one day I added in another ten minute run (that's all I could handle). I look forward to working my way up to 30 and 45, maybe even 60 minutes one day!
Dec. 23- I'm pretty much ready to cry. I don't remember the last time I saw 200's on the scale. I kind of felt like my progress on the scale was slowing down, but I didn't lose hope because I knew this wasn't going to be easy forever, this morning I weighed myself.... 298!!! YAY.
Dec. 25 - I spent a little time at my dads house on Christmas eve, before going to my aunts house. I also slept there. For some odd reason, being in that house (I have not lived there in over 3 years) made me want to eat. I had this over whelming urge to look in the fridge, freezer, cupboards... I held back thankfully. I'm going to have to assume it's because of my old habits/memories from in that house. I have never wanted to eat food so badly since I started dieting. It was a weird feeling, and it really makes me think about why I got those feelings. I wish I was a psychologist so I could figure that kind of stuff out.
Haha, I was bored....... what can I say!!
