Question After "Winning By Losing"??

I am following Jillians book and I am in week 7. But I was wondering once you are done with week 12 what do you do?? I know I have a ways to go but I want to have a plan. I read the last chapter of the book and it really dosent explain much??

So if anyone has completed the 12 weeks, what did you do after? Did you start over again, continue doing weeks 11 and 12 workouts?? I am lost?

TIA

You would just continue your plan, varying your workouts to make them interesting and not boring (I use the Biggest Loser workouts as well as Bob's stuff, etc). Then, once you get to the last 10-15 pounds, her other book would be next.

I did it 3 or 4 times through.....currently I'm on more of a "wing it" plan that I made up myself using the principals I learned from Winning by Losing. I still do front and back splits - and a pure cardio day. Actually - I could prolly use a refresher course and go and do the 12 week cycle again.

This thread goes on forever - but it's from when the book first came out and a bunch of us were journalling our exercise.

While I'm posting ancient history...here's a thread Jillian herself contributed to.

Thanks Chic in The Hat. I think after thinking about it and reading over everything I am just going to start at week 1 again just amp it up a bit. I am sure that when my 12 weeks are up I wont be ready for Making the Cut! That will come later!

Thanks again ladies!
