Default Tracey Mallett's 6 Minute Quick Blast Method?
Anyone ever do this video? I find it very appealing, I'm pregnant with my second child and trying to figure out a way to squeeze in a workout during the day.

I was wondering if it involves a lot of flexibility, as I have hardly any in my spine (spinal fusion). I notice it says it includes pilates and yogo.

I didnt like it........I know I always see it at ROSS dress for less for like 4.99.Might be something you like though....I always u tube this stuff and see if I like it before I buy now as I have spent alot on vids that just end-up on ebay....

Default Fun and a good sound workout!!
I really enjoyed the workouts check out all the positive reviews on amazon.com. I'm a mom so it was perfect for days when you do not have a lot of time and wow you can do a lot in a short amount of time.
Tracey kicked my butt so I like that!

I love this video! I find it very challenging for my fitness level and it's easy to get in as many segments as you have time for!
