We all know weight loss is about far more than calories in versus calories out right?

Well today i may have strayed from my plan but instead of deciding that because lunch was a blow out i may aswell order pizza tonight, i didnt. I decided there and then to get back on the horse.

I wouldnt of done that a month ago, and even if the change is slow, it is happening. i want to acknowledge those changes in us all, not just the inches and the pounds.

I'm glad you didn't... but I wish I took your advice Saturday night... Yup, I ate greasy pizza. And lots of it. Good for you though, self control!

That's great. It's not the one meal that messes us up, it's the twenty that follow when we give up.

I ate pizza yesterday as well, but I planned it...so I'm TRYING not to feel odd about it. It has been SUCH a long time, however, since I ate anything like pizza, that it just seemed wrong somehow. Silly, I know, but true. I thought I was "over" feeling guilty about food...I mean, I didn't feel guilty after Thanksgiving.

Anyway, I guess I'm still in the learning process...it's not like I exceeded my daily calorie limit even, but I have been sooo focused on "eating healthy" that NOT eating something healthy actually threw me for a loop...

I ate big pizzas for a few months after I blew it and gave up. Note to self - take Dominos off speed dial!

ok, lets not give pizza such a bad rap. I had pizza the other day, and was quite pleased with my choice! It had a ww crust, low fat mozza, and lots of veggies, and black olives (good fat). I had 2 slices, so a reasonable portion, and didn't have 3 beers, but one diet soda with it.
Given the circumstances (fast food only choices) I felt I made a good choice, and didn't pig out!

Girls, homemade pizza is the easiest thing to make! Make it Greek!

I made one last night. Premade crust was 130 cals per 1/6 slice. 1 cup of skim-milk shredded cheese (300 calories), and then tomatoes, olives, zuchinni, and little shrimps.

Shared it with BF and it came to 400-550 cals for each of us (3-4 slices each!).

ooo, sacha - that sounds great! What kind of crust do you use? I usually only see Boboli around here, can't remember the calorie count.
