Today I weighed in. Last week was the 2nd week of Phase II. Even with Thanksgiving, I managed to lose 3 pounds. So I am happy. I did 'cheat' a little. I had cranberry sauce and a lot of cool whip ( low fat) But I did not eat the traditional stuffing. I made the Biggest Loser stuffing- with whole wheat bread and turkey stuffing.... so yummy. Now I face Phase II... I better start reading up on it.. lol

Losing 3# at Thanksgiving is huge, congrats! I didn't weigh myself til today and I am up 2#...I was not good-but I could have been way worse! I also had my period...excuses, excuses! I am back on track as of yesterday and hoping for the best....
Losing 3#s in phase II in a week is an accomplishment on it's own. You're doing great!
Did you ever think before dieting that you would think some cranberry sauce and cool whip was really cheating?! A year ago I would have probably thought that was diet food.
