Red face Which sub-thread should I belong in?

Hello all.
I'm kinda new to this site... I found it after seeing my mam on it. I'm really overweight for my age and height, I don't know how much I weigh but I suspect I'm about 16 stones.

I'd like to know which sub-thread that would be good for me. My mam's in the 300+ thread and she has so much support. I'd like something like that.

Thank youuu for reading!

I haven't exactly started losing weight and I think it would be pretty much pointless to start right now as it's nearly Christmas but I'm going to try eat everything in moderation.
However, I have followed the WW diet. I don't go to classes but I do the same thing as my mam does, use the points plan and keep a diary of how much points I've consumed throughout the day.
I don't have a favourite exercise but I like to use exercise DVDs and I use my mam's Gazelle rider.

bargoo - Thanks for the idea. I shall try to do that

Ok ... good idea with the DVD's and the Gazelle. Just get into the habit of doing some of each 4 or 6 times a week. Although 30 or 45 minutes several times a week are often recommended, anything you do over and above your normal activities is a good start.
And you may be pleasantly surprised by how that, and eating in moderation, will get you started.

If you liked WW, there are good supportive threads here to help. Just let us know if you have any trouble finding them.
