Hmmm, well I am thankful for a lot of thing this year -- regardless of the economy.

I am thankful that the private foundation that I am the Exec. Director of is up and running...and still managing to generate donations, etc. in a tough financial environment.

I am thankful that my three boys are all happy and doing well in school.

I am thankful that my husband, who is a financial analyst, works almost exclusively in the healthcare arena so that, despite everything going on in the economy, he job is pretty safe as that sector has not been affected much.

I am thankful that I finally did something about my weight instead of just saying I wanted to do something.

I am thankful that my parents are so healthy and doing interesting things with their lives in their seventies.

I am thankful that I found this website, and that I get to talk to all of you about the things we are all going through together -- it makes it easier to feel like I have support and can give support to people doing the same thing I am to change my life and improve my health for the better.

-I am thankful that my family is healthy and happy
-That my DH still has work (even tho he is in construction)
-That I am eating healthy and being active, and that I started this weight loss plan before any major long term health problems affected my life.
- for my career, and my wonderful kitties, and a roof over my head
-that I found 3fc!!
-That I have tons of new knowledge on how to be a healthier, happier person.

What a great thread!
Oh....where to start.....
I am SO thankful for
**my family! My wonderful husband, who supports me no matter how grumpy sugar withdrawls may make me and my kids who know how to make a grumpy mom laugh.

*our happy, intelligent, funny & handsome boys!

*good health. I am working on being healthy, my little guy has been pretty healthy so far this fall, my MIL has beat breast cancer and thankfully the rest of the family is healthy.

*my business, which thankfully has not taken much of a hit (so far) with this economy.

*that I came back here. I did not realize how much the support from everyone here was helping me before, I am sorry that I ever stopped checking in.

Hope everyone has a fun, family filled Thanksgiving!

I am thankful for my family... the unique close-knit family we are.
Also thankful for my dear hubby, how he gets up early every morning, goes to work 55+ hours a week comes home and is a great help with the kiddies. That and how he eats whatever I cook/put infront of him.
I am also thankful for my two wonders... my children, my lifeline, my loves... they are what keep me going every single day.

Next~~~
