thanks! I'm a chocolate lover too... and I could seriously eat (and have come close) a whole jar of peanut butter... so hopefully this will help me not DESTROY my attempts to eat good!

Yes, I'm on my second order! I mix it straight with sugar-free jam, and spread on low calorie bread, I can have my beloved PB&J sandwiches for 150 calories.

It is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!! Tastes just like regular peanut butter but with so much less calories and less at.

But I have not tried the chocolate stuff yet ... I will next time I need to reorder!

I'm on my second order of PB2 and love it. I added 4 jars of the chocolate PB2 and love that too. Most lunches I smear 1 serving of the regular PB2 on a Lite Flat out, add celery and roll it up for a yummy, crunchy low calorie lunch. Plus I gain much fiber (9 grams in one flat out, 90 calories) from the Flat out and celery.
Another way of using the powder is to mix it dry into a package of FF pudding, adding the milk and stir. It also works in the FF cooked type of pudding. Try a package of vanilla pudding with the regular or stir in the chocolate PB2 into butterscotch, that is really good!
