please don't freak out about a 3/4 of a pound gain. Our bodies fluctuate so much that we could go up and down that much in less than an hour.

Zeff is right. It could be normal variations but if you want us to take a look at your menu, let us know what phase you are in and post a couple days menus. How much do you weigh and what is your height? If you don't have much to lose then you won't get big losses.

Post your menus, drink 8-10 glasses of water a day, get at least 1 serving of veggies with every meal, eat 1/2 cup of beans a day to keep you "regular." It'll be ok. You could've had a few days with too much sodium and not enough water or something.

Don't freak! Happens to the best of us! My TOM is coming Thursday so I'll put on a few here pretty soon. We'll help get you back on track!

Did you just start lifting weights or anything like that?

Try to watch your salt too!

Jane, you definitely should post a menu. There are lots of things that can be a problem, but we can't suggest anything until you help us see what they are by letting us know what you're eating (and how much), whether you're exercising, etc. So, post away and we'll do our best to help!

Menu looks like maybe you could use some more veggies and looks like you could possibly be getting quite a bit of sodium if you are using lunch meat and salted nuts, and regular v8 and canned beans... Although I don't know that it would effect you so much for this long... Maybe you aren't getting enough calories in???

I would definitely recommend running your food through something like Fit Day. The calorie count may be too low. You need to keep to at least 1200 calories. You also want to aim for at least 4 1/2 cups of veggies a day.

More veggies, larger protein portions, and get at least 2 Tbs. healthy fats a day. You're not eating enough, IMO.

OK, so I know I said maybe you're not eating enough... I agree about going through a calorie counter like fitday or download the demo of calorie king(my fav) it motivates me soooo much!!!!

You're not eating enough. This is not enough food to sustain you and your body will freak out and hold on to your weight if you don't provide it with enough nutrition.

If you're in SB Phase I, then you need to follow the diet guidelines in the book. From what I recall from my SB days you're supposed to have lots of protein and at least 2 cups of veggies with each meal. A couple of slices of tomato and 1/2 a cup of V8 doesn't quite fulfill that requirement.

Where's your breakfast? 1 oz of laughing cow cheese and 1/2 cup of V8 is NOT breakfast.

The only meal that looks even near to reasonable to me is dinner - and you should be having a LARGE salad, not a small one. Lots of veggies. 2 cups or more.
