Default How do you plan on cooking your

Turkey?

I love Alton Brown's method. Brine, aeromatics, then the baking technique all seem to come together perfectly.

What are you doing this year?

I use the Alton method all the way.

We have a kosher turkey on order from Whole Foods and will pick it up Wed night. It'll brine overnight and cook on Thurs afternoon.

Mmmmm. Yummy.

I like Alton's brine, but my family loves stuffing in the bird, so I'll stuff it Thursday morning and then roast.

I'll be using Emeril Lagasse's Brined, Herb-Roasted Turkey Recipe.

oooh, I think I am going to try Alton's recipe for X-mas, it looks really good and I still haven't found a favourite way to make a turkey.
thanks!
