Default Everyone weigh in 11/14/08

It's time again for the 3FC general weigh in thread. Everyone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, everyone!

Me: 184.5, down .5 pounds from last week. Still hovering where I have been for the past forever, and I'm getting a bunch of time off for the holidays. At this point, I'm just hoping I maintain till the new years rolls around.

I'm at 189 so up 1 lb . But TOM is here so I'm actually quite happy with only a 1lb gain ( I usually gain 8-10) .

edited - TOM ended last night so I weighed this morning and I'm down to 187 so down 1lb yeah!

I'm pretty happy. I'm down a pound and a half (205.5 to 204). Stayed on plan most of the week and exercised. Love the loss. Onederland here I come.

What the??? I've had a cold all week, but did not go over my plan, in fact, I'm sure I was under, did not indulge in high sodium soups, etc...and I'm up to 147. I kept thinking it's water, but it will not budge.

I'm 339.4 this week and that is down 5.6 lbs from last week. The scale didn't move the almost two weeks before so I was kind of expecting that.

183! I've lost 2 lbs this week and all i've changed is that i dropped my cardio way down and have just been doing the shred. Sometimes less IS more I'm so close to the 170's (which is my new years goal)
