Default Vitamins.....

Well after trying several multi-vitamins and spending HUNDREDS of dollars...I may have finally found the vitamin for me. I have tried liquid and chewable vitamins and so far the only one that I can tolerate (BARELY) is the Flinstones vitamins. At that I gag every time I take one... I was told about Celebrate vitamins which are swallowed, BUT, they are a quick dissolve and are designed for Bariatric patients. Just thought I would share this information I have found. I ordered the multi vitamin and the calcium. So let's keep our fingers crossed that my tummy can tolerate them!

Did you try Optisource from Walgreens? It is made for bariatric patients.

My NUT gave me a small list of vitamins to check out- the Optisource is the only one that you can get from a store the rest have to be purchased on-line and are more expensive. Does anyone have a breakdown of what supplements and grams etc. are the recommended dosage? I don't want to keep buying these giant horsepills that are expensive if I can get something over the counter that is just as good. More info please

I also love the Rugrats!!!!
