He has a cold (like the first one in two years) and now I think I'm getting it too. What's worse that that is the fact that I was just sick on Saturday (throwing up all day), and couldn't keep anything down besides a can of soup at the end of the day.

Has anyone else had the flu or another stomach bug while your dieting? My weight (of course) went down like 3 pounds the day after, and up like 5 after that. What are your experiences with this sort of thing? How long does it usually take for your weight to even out back to its normal loss pattern- a couple of days, a week?

I will say that I had the norwalk virus a couple of weeks ago... and while my weight went down dramatically during it, it popped back up within the next week to where it should have been.
