Default muscular pain below the navel

Hey, since about two days I've a pain below my navel. It seems to be muscular in nature since the pain is there mostly when I move, when I do sits-ups and pike crunch ?(especially that..i mean when you lie on your back and elevate your legs in the hair) (which I'm now taking a break from since that gives me pain).

Is there any abdominal muscle located below the navel ? Could I have strain an abdominal muscle somehow ?

ooh, please be careful and try not to work that area while it hurts. Yes, there are muscles covering your entire abdomen, including under your naval, and even if you haven't strained it, it probably needs time to repair from the work you've been putting it through.
