Thumbs up Thursday Weigh-In Results for Turkey Month

Hello fellow losers!
This is the place to post your weigh-in results.
We've always followed the WW plan and most of us used to weigh on Thursdays. You can weigh on any day and still come here.

Good luck to all of us tomorrow.

Hi all,

Jeanne, that is fantastic! How did you lose that much???
Was it all the exercise you did? I'm very impressed.

I lost 1/2 pound. I'll take it.

I hope everyone else weighs.

Hi Tina! Well I really really worked hard to stay OP this week. I "again" added my water intake and I walked everyday. I'm sure some was water retention. But..........hey.........I'll still take it!!!!!!

Also - today it is raining and I had just gotten new walking shoes so I pulled out my Leslie Sansone DVD and walked with her! Oh my goodness, did I work up a sweat!!! I forgot not only do we walk with her but she gets you moving those arms and legs up and down.

Im sure next week will only be 1 or 2# as long as I stick to it!

I've heard of the Sansone DVDs (probably from you ). I might go to Amazon and see how much they cost. Which one is your favorite?

Hi Tina! Yea, you probably heard about Leslie Sansone through me. I'm a fan! hahaha~! I really do like her. And.........my cousin works for her. I think that is so cool!

You can usually find the dvds on amazon or ebay! Also, her website.

Happy Weekend everyone
I'm anxious to hear if anyone made the pumpkin squares.
2 points is a pretty good dessert. What did you think? Were they too "cakey tasting"
