What do you do for exercise: dance class, spinning, body pump.. i love the group classes at the gym
What foods help you stay OP: 94% fat free popcorn, smart ones/ lean cuisines.. I know the sodium is bad but they are portion controlled and perfect for lunch!
Why do you think you'll be successful this time: My wedding is a HUGE motivator.. I want skinny arms for my pictures!
What is the biggest obstacle between you and success: Me.. Sometimes I go your not THAT fat who cares, just eat whatever you want. Not a good mind set to have..
How will/did you overcome this obstacle: Tell my self how much better I feel when I eat healthy and how great it feels after I go to the gym and complete a tough workout.
What do you like to do for fun: Hang out with friends and the fiancee, play the wii, plan this darn wedding, and dance
What type of music do you like best? I like EVERYTHING.. my i pod has just about every type of music on it and I love it all.
If you were on a deserted island for a month, by yourself, what 3 (only 3) items (not people) would you want with you? my i pod, my cell phone, and my laptop..providing this deserted island would have wireless internet
