I hadn't really realized how much my body has already changed until I saw the pictures. I've been counting my calories for 80 days now: here's the result so far!
For the first month, I ate between 1250-1400, but talked to a nutritionist and it was just too low. Now I eat anywhere between 1400-1650, shifting often.
Congrats! You look super! What a difference already!
I encourage you to add that walking in soon. Not only will it help you continue your consistent weight loss, it will help with body shaping as well. And, then - sneak in some hand weights or a stretchie band workout.
You will really appreciate your efforts as you get closer to goal and you are fit and toned.
