Hey guys a i need a bit of help!
Im going out to a japanese restaurant tonite for a friends birthday and im not really sure of a healthy option on a japanese menu! normal ill order steak teriyaki with rice tempura vegies and heaps of sauce
! i dont feel like going there and ruining my exercise and healthy eating for the day! this restaurant doesnt sereve sushi just sort of main dishes?
does anyone have an suggestion of a semi healthy japanese dish?! thankyou!!!
