Default Fave Ways to Use Tortillas/Wraps

Okay, now that I've purchased to packages of La Tortilla Factory low-carb tortillas, I'm interested in your favorite meal/snack made with tortillas or wraps. Please share!

Mine is a pizza made with a tortilla, sauce, low-fat mozzerella, and turkey pepperoni!

I like to use chicken, low fat cheese, and veggies. Microwave for just a bit to melt the cheese.

Spread them with no sugar added jam, sugar free vanilla pudding, and Light Whipped Cream to make fake pastries! I call them Faux-nolis! Oh-Wrap them around eggbeaters with salsa- instant breakfast burrito. Spray with olive oil spray, sprinkle with parm cheese, and toast into crispy goodness. EWrap strips around light hot dog peces anf toast for pigs-in-a-blanket. Can you tell that I love these (and 100 cal Lavash bread is ever better!)

Heat the tortilla, then wrap around chopped avocado, tomatoes, and Vidalia onion. Or spread with hummus, chopped apple and shredded carrot.

Take a wrap, spread on some fat free refried beans, a bunch of salsa on top of the beans, slice onions, peppers, black olives on top of the salsa. Put in oven for awhile, or just nuke and then toss on some shredded lettuce & eat. I like to put a bit of ff sour cream on sometimes too. Kinda like a mock pizza.

Salmon or tuna, scallions, sun-dried tomatoes, black olives, light feta, chopped zucchini, red bell pepper, all dressed with light Italian dressing. Toss together and wrap in tortilla with some Romaine lettuce.

put 1/4 cup of pizza sauce, 2 oz. mozzarella cheese and veggies of your choice. pop in oven for 10 minutes until cheese melts and you've got a makeshift pizza for under 300 calories (depending on what ingredients you use). i get whole wheat wraps from my deli that are 90 calories each and when i make homemade pizza for my family on friday nights, i make one of these pizza wraps for myself so i don't feel left out!
