Default When I'm feeling defeated...

I look at my ticker and remember that I have, in fact, for the first time, successfully and healthfully LOST WEIGHT! I don't care how much, or how little - but the fact is, I lost weight, and sometimes- that's all I need to get back on track

It's so exciting to randomly scroll by one of my posts and see my ticker. It definitely makes me think, "Wow....I did that!"

Someone at school today said some really nice compliments about my weight loss. She asked how many pounds I had lost, if I didn't mind saying. I did the math in my head and when I said, 36 pounds...I kind of stopped short a bit and went "Wow, 36!" haha

Ya know, I never looked at it that way. I'm going to try that next time I'm tempted to go way off plan when I have a bad day or something.

Great job! It's great to see someone within my weight range doing so well. Keep up the good work. Those of us who are struggling with less than 20 pounds to lose are cheering you on.

Looking at all of your tickers really motivates me. It's good to see that so many people are so serious about weight loss and that they just do it. It makes it seem a lot easier for some reason.

I concur! That ticker is one handy little motivator!! It's one thing to know..but to see those results on there..it's amazing! My weight loss has definitely slowed (still losing, but not 2+ lbs. per week like I was before) but seeing how far I've come, it gives me that push to KEEP GOING! just like it says:-)
