Default Induction Question

Would it be OK to have sugar free Jello while on induction? It does not say it in the book, but it is just gelitan and color and splenda. So it should be OK I think.

This is day three now and I am feeling pretty good. A few withdrawls. But I was pretty much off sugar alltogether for quite a while now anyway. So it is the other carbs that are effecting me now. But day three almost being over, that should go away too now, right?

Packaged powdered Jello is made with aspartame which Dr. Atkins cautions against...but, you can make your own Induction friendly jello using Splenda

Sounds like you are experiencing "Inducion Flu"...it can be a bit rough for a few days but...the good news is, it will go away soon

All the best to you!!!
