I just saw this program on tv this morning. Has anybody heard of it or of Mitch Gaylord?

Yes, I got it, and it's a tough workout, but I think it's great, it targets your core and abs. It's not a hard routine to learn, but be ready to sweat.

I just seen the infomorical as well and was wondering so of course came here.
Institches21 how long have you been doing the 3daymelt? Did you see the inches lost as they claim?

2 weeks, but I did not try the 3day quick start. I have lost some inches, but since I'm very overweight it will take alot longer to see the results they claim. I can see a differance in my waist, but I still have those bat-wings. Hey it took me a very long time to get this way, it will take a while to get rid of it too. I did do this DVD only, for one week, and then this week I'm doing every other day, between this one and my Turbo Jam DVD's, my fav is Get on The Ball, that is also a killer workout.

Institches- Why is the program so cheap? So if you just do the workout and maybe incorporate your own diet you will see results?

Do you think it's useful for people like me who is like pretty unfit? Or you think I should start something a little less stressful.

The exercise program is cheap, but they tack on $15.00 for shipping and handling, so they make up some of it there. It really is a great workout, and it's not stressful, just raises your heart rate, and makes you sweat. It is a great DVD.
Really any DVD, that you turn up the intensity, will make you sweat, but I need ones that I find fun, or they won't get me to push play. TurboJam and now Melt the Fat fit that to a T. Yes I do think any exercise and a healthy food plan will get the results, I do want to see. I've been losing for about a year now with WW, and just recently added daily exercise to my routine, and the scale is moving, slowly down, but it is moving.

Do you still do this workout? Being overweight too, is the workout too hard to start with. I haven't worked out in several years.

I haven't done this workout in a while, right now, I tend to just walk on my Threadmill, and recently started a C25K program, which is a challenge for me, but I really do love how I real after I exercise.
You mentioned you haven't exercised in several years, I would suggest you, start small, walking was my re-start into exercising, but if you do want to try this video, just follow at your own pace, the goal is to get that heart rate up, and believe me, this program will do that!
Most important for me, is Make it Fun, maybe try something that you enjoy, one other suggestion is, on my cable we have on-demand, which is free, and one of the selections is Exercise TV, under the sub-title Sports/Exercise. There are so many titles to choose from, just about anything you can think of is offer on there.
Good Luck

This workout is not for the faint of heart. Hahaha! I was pretty out of shape but I tried this workout with the 2 lb g-ball. I can only do 20 minutes three days a week combined with cardio but I can add on to it as the weeks pass. Nothing has gotten me into better shape than this workout. It helped me to tone up without looking bulky.

This is a very tough workout, right now I'm not able to do any weight bearing exercises on my right wrist, I hurt it about 3 months ago while doing Jillian's
30 day shred, that is another killer workout, and I was doing 30 day shred everyday, and I think my wrist just gave up. Once I can do those push-ups again, I will start doing 3 day melt. I do plan to do the 10 min routine, that is part of 3 day melt, tomorrow, since it's all done while standing.
