I don't think you need to lose anymore weight at all!
If you're uncomfortable with the shape of your body then you should focus more on exercise and building and strengthening your muscles, NOT losing more weight!
I don't see what you see. I see someone who is very thin. Whether or not you're eating enough is hardly for me to judge, but your posts recently suggest to me that you might want to consider talking to someone. Losing weight as rapidly as you have can cause your body image to get out-of-whack and I think you would benefit from talking to a professional to help you bring it back into focus before it gets out of hand. I only say this because I have been there.
you look very thin to me! i agree with lovelypurple, that focusing on strength and muscle tone might be your best bet at the moment if you are still unhappy with your shape.
u have a similar goal to mine atm....
are you going to stop when you reach your goal....
even if you are still unhappy with certain areas?....
My body is how it is. I will never have an hour glass shape, no matter how thin I get. My calves will always be monstorous, no matter how thin I get.
It's not about perfection, sh3l5. It's about health, and doing what's best for your body. I understand how frustrating it is to not be happy with your body, but that doesn't mean that you should resort to be unhealthy in order to make yourself happy. When in realty, if your body image is warped, you're never going to be happy.
I've suffered from an eating disorder for the past 6 years. I'm mostly recovered right now, but I have my moments where I look in the mirror and see the same person I was at 234 lbs. I have moments where I feel like I'm not going to be happy until I'm 110 lbs again. But it's NOT true. I've spent years with therapists and treatments learning about myself and what my triggers are and WHY I feel the way I do, and even now I fully don't understand it.
It's hard to admit you have a problem, and I am no person to judge whether you do or not. But you need to stop for a minute, take a step back, and realize what's important to you.
Like I said before, if you're unhappy with how your body looks try upping your calories to maitenence level and try to start weight training and see your body change WITHOUT having to loose more weight and become unhealthy.
I think what june is saying is that the areas you are unhappy with are because of your own perspective, not nessecarily because they are 'bad'.
Millions of anorexic girls look in the mirror and see obese people.. I don't want to tell you what to do but I completely agree with June, it's easier to see things out of focus.
i see a thin person. ^^
You have a flat stomach that i would die for. ^^
At your current weight, and with your body, i don't think you need to lose more weights. What i'm thinking is you should work with your body to tone up lower part
I, also have same height, almost same weights, and almost same proportion of body too. What i always hate is my hip, legs. I used to try to down my lbs in hope that my leg will look skinnier but they didn't. So now, what i'm focusing in is toning hard my legs, hip and abs. I think that's also what you should focus on as well.
Please, don't starve yourself. I know many of us here had give this advise but I still want to second it again. For about 7 years of eating disorder experiences, I just know that you will never have the body you dream of even if you don't eat enough. Exercises always is the key so please keep toning your body, but please don't eat too little.
I hope my advice can help you Lots of love for you since you're really my inspiration with all the hardwork you've done to get where you are now.
