What do you do for exercise: Walking and various workout DVD's although I don't have too much willpower

I read, play with my son, try to get outside

What type of music do you like best? Mostly Christian and country, but will listen to others. Not rap, though; I don't consider that to be music.

If you were on a deserted island for a month, by yourself, what 3 (only 3) items (not people) would you want with you? Laptop with the works--has internet, Bible, ebooks, music, pictures, all sorts of stuff!
