It's Sunday , and for once my Pittsburgh Steelers are going to be on tv up here in michigan. Which got me to thinking of incorporating some exercise in during the game, since im usually bursting full of energy during it. Was considering victory dances, but then thought perhaps some sort of push up/crunch idea for each point my team has when they score. Was curious if anyone else has tried something of the like, and what they tend to do? Or am i just an oddball who loves football to much
