Default Help!

Hi!!!
I am new and I am having some trouble. I have been following all of the rules. Do most of you eat a lot of 1 and 2 point foods or focus on foods with more points. Will that play a big role on weight loss?

Thanks,

i eat whole foods

so while 3 oz of chicken breast may have only 2 points and 4 oz of salmon may have 4 points, I eat both.

I eat a lot of veggies low fat dairy, whole grains and healthy starches such as sweet potato and quiona.

I don't tend to eat foods based on points but I also don't tend to eat stuff until I've checked the points on them.

Could you post a day's food? So I can get an idea?

Thanks,
Heidi

3 oz of chicken breast is 2 points? I count each ounce in any extra lean meat, like chicken, turkey, ground beef, and pork as 1 point per ounce...is this right??

tonite the chicken breast i posted said 2 1/2 oz was 2.5 points.
