Food Journal 7/21 to 7/27
I promise to log in and journal my food and exercise everyday. It's time to get back in control.
MONDAY
EXERCISE:
30 min treadmill (2.3 miles)
40 min weights
15 min abs & stretching
10 min slow walk w/pup
BREAKFAST:
ff sf yogurt -2
banana -2
24 oz water
LUNCH:
chef boy rd beefaroni - 8 ??
granola bar -3
24 oz water
SNACK:
popcorn -4
24 oz water
DINNER:
lf wheat thins -2
lf dip -3
stir fry w/little bit of chicken & lots of veggies -5
wine cooler -2
16 oz water

Lizzard - I need to get back in control also! The kids I've been babysitting for are going home tomorrow - I've done awful with them here! ** note- your post says April instead of July!!

Totals: 1050 calories, 14% fat, 16% protein, 70% carbs
(I just don't get why I can be full on 1000 calories some days, like today, and ravenous after 3000 calories on other days. Oh well. I've decided not to worry about under 1200 calorie days, within reasons, or over 2500 calorie days, within reason.)

WEDNESDAY
Ugghh...I'm dragging my behind today. All this concentrating on weight lifting has put a hurting on my poor body. Every muscle is killing me!! Plus getting up at 4:30 so I can be at the gym at 5:30 has thrown my brain into shock. Did I mention I have a case of raging PMS too?? Sorry about the whining.....I'll be better soon.

40 min weights (upper body)
10 min abs & stretches

I can't believe it's finally Friday!!! What a long week. I can already tell I'm going to have a major food day. Hopefully I can make it up over the weekend.
