Talking Supercharged Southbeach

Hi fellow beachers,

I was wondering if any of you had tried the supercharged version of the diet and how it differs from the original. I almost picked up a copy of the book but decided to ask you guys on here. If anyone has tried it, how did it work for you and was it as easy as the original? Thanks.

The book is good but not essential. A few more foods have been added but we had them in our FAQ sticky anyhow. The main difference seems to be that exercise has been added. It might be worth checking it out of the library to take a look.

if you have the original book you do not need to get the new book it's just the updated food lists and some exercise.

I do think everyone should at least read the book.

Thanks a lot for saving me 25 bucks! I am doing alright on the original diet anyhow. i am down 11lbs in 2 weeks. I am going o do phase 1 for anoter week however because I had a piece of 100% whole wheat bread and I tink that it made me want to eat carbs in a big way, I over did it on the baked beans (canned) at a bar-b-que, but I passed up the cake and had 1/2 cup of sugar free ice cream and water for dessert. I will get myself back on track.

Good job on the loss! I have the old book and found reading it very helpful and informative, but looking through the new supercharged book I don't think it's any information I didn't already know.
